​Belle, is a 2 year old child who came to me with her mother in 2013.
Anamnesis 
Belle had a history of Bronchiolitis since 5 months age. Caecarian section birth, breast fed and then at 6 weeks was admitted to hospital with Bronchitis and  breast feeding was stopped at that point.
Family Anamnesis
Maternal history of polyps and bronchitis over her life time.

Findings at First Visit
Chesty child, as if phlegm in the chest but nothing comes up. Appetite is decreased when she is like this. She has a yellow/green discharge from her nose. Her night sleep is disturbed at 11pm, 4am, 6am and is better for drinking and settles again.
Concomitant symptoms: Eczema that is small circular patches on the face and behind the knees. They are itchy and soothed with moisturing lotions. Constipation can be an issue from time to time, large h, hard stool that recedes. She is teething at the moment and can be angry, screaming and throwing her arms about. She is allergic to eggs.

Prescription
LM1 Tuberculinum
Review Feb 2014
This little girl has grown since her last visit. She has shiny hair and lots of energy today. Mum says she has lots of words, speaking in sentences at times. She is chesty today and Mum says her sleep is disturbed at night. 



There is good amelioration of symptoms today. However, she had quite and aggravation last month. She was hospitalised with a ‘virus’ for 3 days. 
The steroid therapy is an obstacle to her progress in that it is supressive in nature and subdues the Vital Force(Life energy).
The potency in LM method and is easily withdrawn should this child aggravate or it can be double diluted depending on the symptoms.
The Prescription is LM 2 Tuberculinum 5 drops in 10 mls water(succussed 10 times) daily.
Progress in 2014
Belle had three follow up visits in 2014 where the remedy choice was LM Tub(Miasmatic family amanesis) She strengthened and the intervals between chesty symptoms declined over time. Mum and G.P. also reduced her medications as an affirmation for her treatment with Homeopathy.
Later, I perscribed Nat Phos for this Child’s Constitutional remedy based on following rubrics:

• Frightens easily, insecure, uncertain
• Blisters on tip of tongue, with stinging
• Feet cold in daytime, burning at night
• Sensitive externally

Mum used Tub and Nat Phos remedies on occasions needed, e.g. cold/flu, pressure in school, bad dreams with good effect for Belle. She continues to grow emotionally, spiritually and physically under the caring and catchful eyes of her parents.
