A 7 year old came to me some years ago. He is a sensitive child and is very aware of the adults behaviours around him. His teacher at school was very hard on other children in the class. He is a thin child, loosing his teeth at the time of interview and clinging to his Mum. 
He told me :
‘I am trying my best, no one is listening!’.
‘I have a sore mouth. On my gums and on the cheeks inside. It tastes terrible, sour’.
‘My skin is sensitive too, I get sun burned easily’.
‘My friends at school are nice but there are some that are not nice. I stay away from them!’
‘I get nervous and then my ‘poos’ are loos. I just get cramps in my stomach’.

I went cruising this Summer with my friend. We sailed out of Southhampton Harbour, UK on the Princess Cruises Ship. It is to be recommended this trip and I certainly feel well rested and spoiled. What really pleased me was the presence of Homeopathy in the Pharmacies and in the Homeopathic Practices in Spain and France.

I am putting up this blog being mindful that when September comes we are all back to the school year routine, the weather is becoming colder and the days darker. Many people can find this ‘life is returning to normal' challenging.  When parenting children as much as we love our children they challenge us. I recognised  this when I was parenting and being a health care provider I put together a programme to help clarify my role as a parent from my instincts which could be good or bad depending on the situation I was experiencing with my child/children. I began facilitating this course online during the ‘covid’ times and will continue to facilitate it on Fridays 10 to 12 midday  for 2022/ 2023 school season. Each module(session) is stand-alone and you can dip in or out as your schedule allows. Maybe this will interest you?

Now that we are all rehabilitating after the ‘covid’ experience, life is returning to a new normal. Many people can find this change challenging.  I recognised  the challenges of change in the ‘covid’ time and began to fascilitate this course for clients who needed space to support  changing times.
